It independently developed new regenerated leather materials that are healthy, environmentally friendly, fashionable and technologically advanced, being widely used in various fields such as shoe materials/ bags/ sofa/ automobiles/ airplanes/ medical.
The low-carbon and environmentally friendly recycled leather materials elaborately manufactured by our company are almost the same as natural leather in appearance, texture and smell.
We use leather with at least 60% recycled leather fibers and synthetic materials, and apply an innovative hydraulic process in the manufacturing process, which effectively reduces the impact on the climate compared to traditional leather.
We don't waste every scrap and give it the meaning of regeneration. The leather waste is used to be discarded on the ground of the leather factory and ends up in the landfill.
We recycle these leather fibers and combine them with synthetic materials, ultimately turning waste into wealth.

The regenerated leather is hygroscopic and breathable.
Our company's regenerated leather seems the same as natural leather. With a certain degree of softness, elasticity, and light texture, it has strong resistance to extreme high and low temperatures, and most importantly, its surface is wear-resistant.
Production principle
The subsurface fibers of natural leather are extracted and then spunlaced without adding any chemicals. By puncturing the leather fibers on the ultra-fine porous spunlace belt, the fibers are bound to each other to generate physical tension. By breaking and combing, the leather fiber is combed into a cotton-like body, and finally integrated into a fiber crust of natural leather.
